H&H has an in depth knowledge of utility rate structures and can provide a detailed analysis of all your utility bills (electric, gas, water, and others). Analyzing your utility biils can help you understand how much energy you're using and any anomalies.
H&H can also provide a total BTU (energy) value for your facility and benchmark it to other similar buildings through what's called an energy utilization index (EUI). This can show you where you fall in relationship to similar types of buildings and will show you how efficiently or inefficiently your facility uses energy. A high ranking in terms of BTU/sqft means your facility can benefit from energy efficiency and conservation practices.
In the utility rate analysis, we will provide an easy to understand graph of annual natural gas usage (therms), electrical usage (kWh), and kW demand.
